Conditions:
- 1 Week: 80% or greater Lash coverage
- 2 Week: 60% or greater Lash coverage
- 3 Week: 40% or greater Lash coverage
- 4 Week: If lashes are less than 40% coverage, fill will be considered a full set and charged as such.
